Walter Groier completed his studies of economics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in 1973. In 1978 he acquired his qualification as Tax Advisor and in 1987 as Certified Public Accountant. Together with partners Mr. Groier founded a public accountant firm in 1978 which formed the origin of today’s CONFIDA Group. With his strong commitment he promoted the company’s entry into international business. Between 2006 and 2008, he was Chairman of the international INAA Network, in whose development he played a vital part.
Mr. Groier focuses on classic tax advising, business succession regulations, auditing and consulting of private foundations, bank law, and international tax advising and planning.

Dr. Alexander Greyer completed his PhD studies of business administration at the University of Graz in 1994. Later on he acquired his qualifications as tax Advisor and certified public accountant. Since 1994 (eight years with an international accounting firm in Vienna), Dr. Greyer has been dealing with audits according to national and international auditing standards (ISA), the implementation of special audits, due diligence investigations, business valuations and M & A transactions and the preparation of expert reports. In 2012 he aquired his qualification as certified court expert.
Dr. Alexander Greyer is in charge of large industrial companies, the media industry and banks, particularly in an international context.

After completing her studies of Applied Business Management (with a focus on controlling and operational finance and taxation) at the University of Klagenfurt, Ms. Sabina S. Kampfer worked with major international tax consulting and public accounting firms in Vienna as well as medium-sized tax consulting and public accounting firms for several years. In 2003, she qualified as Tax Consultant and in 2009 as Certified Public Accountant.
Ms. Kampfer has been in charge of national and international clients from various industries since 1999. In addition to audits and special audits, her range of activities also includes due diligence investigations and restructuring issues as well as business appraisal services and consultancy also in tax-related matters.

Mr. Walder completed his studies of business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in 1988. After working five years at an international public accounting firm in Vienna and the acquisition of the qualification as a tax consultant, he joined the company in 1993.
Mr. Walder focuses on national and international tax advisory (income and corporate tax law, group and corporate taxation, sales tax law, reorganizations, trusts, tax optimization, international tax law).
With his special expertise and experience in national and international tax law Mr. Walder makes an outstanding contribution to CONFIDA Group’s quality standards which meet the highest requirements.

Ms. Egger has been working in accounting for more than 20 years. During these years, she gained professional experience in international companies and tax consulting firms. In 2004, she completed her studies of Social Sciences and Economics with a focus on controlling and taxation. In 2007, she was appointed tax consultant.
She joined our company in 2003 and, after having worked with an international enterprise, she returned to our company in June 2017.
