Vienna-based Steuer & BERATUNG GmbH has offered expert tax advisory, accounting and payroll services since 2001. Over the years, the consultancy firm in Vienna's 2nd district has grown and now numbers a fifteen-strong team. It also specialises in the handling of company formations and audits for its clients. Steuer & BERATUNG GmbH became part of the CONFIDA Group Styria in 2022, and has since then been jointly headed by Mag. Michael Neischl, Mag. Susanne Koller-Neischl and Mag. Ernst Malleg.

She not only provides the classic tax advisory services but is also an accounting and annual financial statements specialist, and is responsible for this area within the firm.

Ernst Malleg completed his studies of economics at the University of Graz in 1988. He then acquired his qualifications as tax advisor, auditor, and certified public accountant. In 2007, he became generally certified court expert. Furthermore, Mr. Malleg has been appointed as government commissioner by the Austrian Financial Market Authority. He has been playing a decisive role in the successful establishment of CONFIDA Group in Southeast Europe.
Beside public accounting and tax advising Mr. Malleg particularly focuses on reorganization advisory and insolvency administration as well as business consulting. He works both on a national and an international level – with a special focus on Southeast Europe.
